Speaker Kott administered the oath of office to Dan Ogg.                                            
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would stand at                                
ease for a meeting of the Committee on Committees.  There being no                                  
objection, the House stood at ease at 10:53 a.m.

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House go to Reports of Special Committees.  There being no
